Journal of Health and Development Studies Officially Receives ISSN Registration for Its Vietnamese and English Editions (Print and Online Edition)

On 30 June 2026, in accordance with the international ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) registration system, the Department of Information and Statistics officially assigned ISSN numbers to the Vietnamese and English editions of the Journal of Health and Development Studies (JHDS).

The assigned ISSN numbers are as follows:

Previously, the journal was assigned an ISSN for its print edition: ISSN 2588-1442 (Vietnamese edition with a frequency of 4 issues/year in April, June, October and December; English edition with a frequency of 2 issues/year in February and August).

The assignment of ISSN numbers marks an important milestone in the Journal's development. It formally recognizes the Journal's publications under the international ISSN system, enhances their visibility and accessibility, and facilitates indexing, citation, and dissemination within national and international scholarly databases.

JHDS remains committed to strengthening its editorial quality through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process, expanding electronic publishing, and promoting international academic collaboration to disseminate high-quality research in health and development.
